Yes. If you chose to pay using the PayPal option, PayPal uses what is called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The information you give when ordering, e.g., name, address, and credit card information, is encrypted by using a secure server providing maximum security. EBooks are produced in a variety of formats such as HTML (HyperText Markup Language), PDF (Adobe format), Palm Doc, and RTF (Rich Text Format). Many EBooks are designed to be read on hand-held devices as well as on your PC screen. Our EBooks are produced in PDF and Palm Doc formats for universal portability, especially between computer platforms. PDF style EBooks can be read on both PC and MAC computers with the same ease. You do not have to be online to read the EBook. Our PDF EBooks require Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read them, but free reader software is available as a direct download from Adobe.com The Palm Doc formats require any number of free, readily available Palm OS readers

When your payment has been verified, your EBook will be emailed to you as a file attachment. This usually happens within the hour of payment using PayPal or 2-3 days after receipt of your check payment.

No. BeautyTech virus checks our EBook file to be absolutely positive that you are protected from any chance of viruses. BeautyTech does recommend that you virus check any and all files which you download for your own feeling of security.

BeautyTech answers promptly any emails concerning difficulty opening and reading your EBook. Instructions are included with with the email that contains your book, but newcomers to the computer sometimes need a bit of help which we are happy to provide either online or by phone.

Yes. BeautyTech prefers that you make one backup copy of your EBook in case of a hard disk failure. BUT, please do no share your copy with unauthorized users.

Can I Print Out My EBook?
Yes. But BeautyTech prefers that you do so for personal use only.

I Would Like to Purchase an EBook for a Friend. Can It Be Sent Directly to Them?

Certainly. Just specify the address or email address where you would like the EBook to be sent in the Comments box in the Shopping Cart or drop us an email with the information.

What if I Don't Have a Credit Card?
BeautyTech also accepts personal checks, money orders, and electronic checks for your purchasing convenience. Your EBook will be emailed to you 2-3 days after receipt of your payment.
